Listening to God’s call
“How can we expect young people to hear God’s call if we haven’t taught them how to pray and listen to God”
(Pope Francis)
We want to help you find your call - vocation. It’s a great journey. Let’s help you listen to God in Prayer, learn the art of Discernment, seek God in Spiritual Direction, and make a life choice with Vocational Accompaniment.
Prayer
Young adults experience so much ‘noise’. It’s helpful to learn how to slow down, pause, and reflect.
Pope Leo recently shared with young people ‘silence is God’s classroom’.
Find a prayer and reflective practice pathway that works for you.
Discernment
As a young adult, you may be trying to figure out a career pathway, thinking about where your passion and the needs of the world connect, how to live a life of love and service for others; are you feeling drawn toward marriage, consecrated life or priesthood?
Sometimes we reach a time in life when we have important decisions to make; we enter a season of discernment.
Discernment literally means ‘sifting’. The art of discernment is learning how to ‘sift’ the many thoughts and feelings we have and learn to notice the signs of God at work in us.
